The participant takes the wheel for a practical drive in everyday traffic, in a real driving situation.
This driving session puts into practice the EcoDriving concepts and the many tips explained during the theoretical training, and covers the basic principles of road safety and defensive driving.
At the end of each session, a debriefing is organised to analyse the participant's reactions.

What to Do and, More Importantly, What Not to Do When Your Car No Longer Obeys You...

• Collective presentation in a classroom (photos, films for situational exercises)
• Practical session on a slippery track (the three participants get in together, with a coach, and take turns driving)

• 08:15 to 12:15 and 12:30 to 16:30

Package Price: For 4 hours: €320.00 per person (VAT included), 
i.e., €960.00 per half-day
(Which is €80.00 per hour, and therefore cheaper than the amount of your insurance deductible)

For the safety of everyone and to ensure personalized coaching, the coach will always accompany the participants in the vehicle. This is because some driving schools use walkie-talkies and provide remote advice to participants.

Payment and Booking Conditions

In order to organize the instructor’s services effectively, participants will be grouped by the same language regime for each day (French, Dutch, or English) as follows:

Per instructor and per day:

• 6 participants for groups of 3 participants per vehicle (3 participants in the morning and 3 in the afternoon)
• For example, if 12 participants are scheduled for the training on the same day, we will arrange 2 instructors and 2 cars for both the morning and afternoon sessions
• The training sessions are conducted in groups of 3 participants per vehicle and instructor
• The same language regime per day (French, Dutch, or English)
• The coaching sessions run from 08:15 to 12:15 and 12:30 to 16:30
• Available on weekdays and weekends
• Departing from our headquarters at 6 rue des Tulipes, 1950 Kraainem, or the location of the driving center (or another address for a travel fee), as indicated in our appointment confirmation
• Practical coaching sessions are conducted with a vehicle provided

Booking and Payment:

Price in € including 21% VAT.
 Once we confirm your reservation request for the indicated date(s) via your order form or email, we will send you the corresponding invoice.

A deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount, including 21% VAT, must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
The balance, including 21% VAT, must be paid by bank transfer to the same account at least 5 working days before the scheduled date of the first session.
Your booking confirmation and the service(s) will only be guaranteed after receiving the deposit and balance of our invoice as mentioned above.
Payments should be made to the Belfius account BE27 0682 4908 1273, in the name of Rodolphe Koentges/Go For Safe Driving.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling by the client within 5 working days of the scheduled date, for any reason, the amounts paid will be definitively retained by the organizer.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, the amounts already paid will entitle you to a voucher for the same service.
This voucher will be valid for a maximum of 6 months, and a new date must be agreed upon by both parties.
If the coaching is limited to half a day, organized from your home, office, or another address, an additional 50% of the daily fee will be charged.
In the case of a dispute regarding the interpretation and/or execution of this order, only the Courts of Brussels, sitting in French, will have jurisdiction.

Procedure:

• They can be organised on weekdays and weekends (dates to be agreed together).
• With a specialised coach for personalised training

• This seminar will explain how to take effective action to reduce the risk of accidents, stress at the wheel and fuel consumption on public roads.
• A presentation featuring photos, films, illustrations and texts distilling numerous tips and situations encountered on our roads
• Interactive session and debriefing with analysis of participants' reactions
• Attendance certificate given to each participant

To ensure optimal organisation, coachings are requested to be planned for a minimum of 6 participants with the same language preference (French, Dutch or English) on the same day.

Distribution:

• Each coach accompanies 6 participants, divided into 2 groups of 3 people per car
  • 3 participants in the morning session.
  • 3 participants in the afternoon session.

Example:
With 12 participants in a day, 2 coaches are used, each responsible for a morning and afternoon session.

Course:

1. Start: Joint presentation in a room (photos, videos for realistic simulations) in the participants' language preference (French, Dutch or English).
2. Practice:The three participants get into a vehicle together, accompanied by their coach
   • Vehicle choice:
     • The participants' own vehicle (technically sound and insured).
     • A vehicle we make available, under our conditions.
3. Participants take turns at the wheel and drive a practical course in everyday traffic.

• Departing from our headquarters at 6 Rue des Tulipes, 1950 Kraainem, or from the driving center’s address (or another address with a travel surcharge), as specified in our appointment confirmation.
• Practical coaching sessions will be carried out with a car provided for you.

Booking and Payment:

Prices are in € excluding 21% VAT. After agreeing on your reservation request for the indicated date(s), made via your order form or email, we will send you the corresponding invoice.
