Procedure :

The coaching sessions are offered either from:

• Our head office: 6 Rue des Tulipes, 1950 Kraainem
• Our seminar room located at 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert / Brussels

They can also be organized at an address of your choice, with a travel fee specified upon confirmation of the appointment.
 The coaching sessions are available at the following times:

• 08:00 to 12:00
• 12:30 to 16:30
• 17:00 to 21:00

Sessions can be arranged on weekdays and weekends (dates to be agreed upon).
With a specialized coach for personalized training.
For participants from the same linguistic group on the same day (in French, Dutch, or English).
The coaching will begin in the room with a presentation (photos, videos for realistic scenario simulations).
Then, the participant will get into their vehicle, accompanied by their coach (or in a vehicle we can provide, subject to our conditions), to drive on a practical route in daily traffic under real driving conditions.
A debriefing follows with an analysis of the participant's reactions.

Package for 4 hours: €375.00 (including VAT)

Payment and Reservation Terms

Price in € and 21% VAT included.
These prices exclude any additional fees, covering only the educational aspect of the training.

After confirming your reservation request for the indicated date(s), either through your order form or email, we will send you the corresponding invoice.
A deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount, including 21% VAT, must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
The remaining balance, including 21% VAT, must be paid via bank transfer to the same account at least 5 working days before the scheduled date of the first session.
Your reservation confirmation and the provision of our services will only be guaranteed after receipt of the deposit and the balance as stated above.
Payments should be made to the Belfius account BE27 0682 4908 1273 in the name of Rodolphe Koentges/Go For Safe Driving.

In case of cancellation or rescheduling by the client within 5 working days prior to the scheduled date, for any reason, any amounts paid will remain non-refundable.
In case of force majeure cancellation, amounts already paid will entitle the client to a voucher for an identical service.
This voucher will be valid for a maximum of 6 months, and a new date must be set mutually.
If the coaching is limited to a half-day and organized from your home, office, or another address, a 50% surcharge on the daily package rate will apply.
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation and/or execution of this order, only the Courts of Brussels, sitting in French, will have jurisdiction.
