Procedure:
The various coaching sessions are given either from :
- Our head office: rue des Tulipes, 6, 1950 Kraainem
- Our seminar room located at 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert / Brussels
Coaching sessions can also be organised at an address of your choice, subject to a fixed fee for travel costs, which will be mentioned on confirmation of the appointment.
Coaching sessions are offered at the following times: 08:00 to 12:00, 12:30 to 16:30, 17:00 to 21:00.
- They can be organised on weekdays and weekends (dates to be agreed together).
- With a specialised coach for personalised training
- For participants from the same language group on the same day (in French, Dutch or English)
- This seminar will explain how to take effective action to reduce the risk of accidents, stress at the wheel and fuel consumption on public roads.
- A presentation featuring photos, films, illustrations and texts distilling numerous tips and situations encountered on our roads
- Interactive session and debriefing with analysis of participants' reactions
- Attendance certificate given to each participant
FIXED PRICE:
1 to 6 participants/4 hours: fixed price of €900.00 excluding 21% VAT
(€150.00/participant excluding 21% VAT)
Each additional participant: €130.00 / participant excluding 21% VAT
(maximum 12 participants in total)
Payment and booking conditions
Prices are in € and exclude 21% VAT.
These prices do not include any additional costs, only the educational part of the course.
Logistical costs (room made available at your offices) are at the customer's expense.
The customer is responsible for planning the groups of participants.
Once we have agreed to your booking request for the date(s) indicated on your order form or by e-mail, we will send you the corresponding invoice.
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of our invoice, including 21% VAT, must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice.
The balance, including 21% VAT, must be paid by bank transfer to the same account, at least 5 working days before the first service is due to take place.
Confirmation of your booking and the provision of our service(s) will only be guaranteed once we have received the deposit and the balance of our invoice as stipulated above.
Payments should be made into the Belfius account BE27 0682 4908 1273 in the name of Rodolphe Koentges/Go For Safe Driving.
In the event of cancellation or postponement by the client within 5 working days of the scheduled date, for whatever reason, the amounts paid will be retained by the organiser.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the amounts already paid will entitle the client to a voucher for an identical service.
This voucher will be valid for a maximum of 6 months and a new date will have to be set by mutual agreement between the parties.
If coaching is limited to half a day, organised from your home, office or other address, a supplement of 50% of the daily fee will be invoiced.
In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation and/or execution of this order, only the Courts of Brussels, sitting in the French language, shall have jurisdiction.
