DEFENSIVE DRIVING RATES
FOR SOCIETY

The various coaching sessions are given either from :

• Our head office: rue des Tulipes, 6 in 1950 Kraainem
• Our seminar room at 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert / Brussels,

They can also be organised at an address of your choice, subject to a fixed fee for travel, which will be mentioned when the appointment is confirmed.
Coaching sessions are offered at the following times: 08:00 to 12:00, 12:30 to 16:30, 17:00 to 21:00.

• They can be organised on weekdays and weekends (dates to be agreed together).
• With a specialist coach for personalised training

Courses for 2 groups of at least 3 participants per day

In order to ensure optimum organisation, the client is asked to plan the coaching sessions for a minimum of 6 participants from the same language group (French, Dutch or English) on one day, as follows:

Each instructor will supervise 6 participants, divided into 2 groups of 3 participants per car:

• 3 participants for the morning session, and 3 participants for the afternoon session.
  Example: For 12 participants on the same day, 2 instructors will be present to manage the morning and afternoon sessions:
• Coaching sessions are organised in groups of a maximum of 3 participants per car and per instructor.
• Coaching begins with a group presentation (photos, films for realistic scenarios).
• The presentation is given in French, Dutch or English, depending on the participants' language skills.
• After the presentation, the three participants get into the vehicle together, with their coach.
• The vehicle used can be
  • The participant's own vehicle, with all technical checks and insurance in order
  • A vehicle made available by us, subject to our conditions
• Participants take it in turns to drive a practical course in everyday traffic, in a real-life driving situation.
• At the end of each session, a group debriefing is organised to analyse participants' reactions, behaviour and performance.

PRICE PACKAGE for 4 hours: €450.00 (i.e. €150.00 / participant) 
PER DAY €900.00 EXCLUDING 21% VAT

Individual course for a minimum of 2 participants per day

In order to ensure optimum organisation, the client is asked to plan the coaching sessions for a minimum of 2 participants from the same language group (French, Dutch or English) on one day, as follows:

An instructor will coach 1 participant for the morning session, and then 1 other participant for the afternoon session.

• Coaching begins in the classroom with a presentation (photos, films for realistic scenarios).
• The participant will then get into his vehicle, accompanied by his coach, (or at the wheel of a vehicle that we can make available, depending on our conditions) to take the wheel for a practical drive in daily traffic in a real driving situation.
• Debriefing with analysis of the participant's various reactions.

PRICE PACKAGE for 4 hours: € 395.00 and 
PER DAY € 790.00 EXCLUDING 21% VAT

Payment and booking conditions

Prices are in € and exclude 21% VAT.
These prices do not include any additional costs, only the educational part of the course.

Once we have agreed to your booking request for the date(s) indicated on your order form or by e-mail, we will send you the corresponding invoice.
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of our invoice, including 21% VAT, must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice.
The balance, including 21% VAT, must be paid by bank transfer to the same account at least 5 working days before the scheduled date of the first service.
Confirmation of your booking and the provision of our service(s) will only be guaranteed once we have received the deposit and the balance of our invoice as stipulated above.
Payments should be made into the Belfius account BE27 0682 4908 1273 in the name of Rodolphe Koentges/Go For Safe Driving.
In the event of cancellation or postponement by the client within 5 working days of the scheduled date, for whatever reason, the amounts paid will be retained by the organiser.
In the event of cancellation for reasons of force majeure, the amounts already paid will entitle the client to a voucher for an identical service.
This voucher will be valid for a maximum of 6 months and a new date will have to be set by mutual agreement between the parties.
If coaching is limited to half a day, organised from your home, office or other address, a supplement of 50% of the daily fee will be invoiced.
In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation and/or execution of this order, only the Courts of Brussels, sitting in the French language, shall have jurisdiction.
